Delete account

Delete a Chairside account in the app, or on this page.

In the app

Clients open the You tab, then Settings, then Delete account.

Pros open Account, then Delete account.

What gets deleted

A client account is deleted right away.

Your name, phone, and username are removed. Future bookings are cancelled.

Your photos, AI previews, and preview requests are deleted from our storage.

A pro account stays active for 7 days. The pro can still sign in during that time, and can cancel the deletion.

What we keep

Past bookings stay in your barber's records as anonymized records under "Deleted client", with the personal details taken off.

On the web

Use this page, /delete-account. Log in, enter your password, and confirm. If a deletion is already scheduled, cancel it here.
